The Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Board has released two new reports revealing key insights into industrial waste in Northern Tasmania and organic waste from the hospitality and tourism sectors. The findings highlight priority challenges and opportunities that will guide future action under the Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy, strengthening collaboration across industry, government and the community.

Launch of Tasmanian Reuse Impact Study

The Tasmanian Reuse Impact Study examines the value and impact of the reuse and repair sector in Tasmania. The study also includes the release of a new online calculator to assess the benefits of reusing rather than landfilling items and materials.
